***uncollected boxes cannot be refunded/in store credit as we already paid for ingredients and baked the order and cannot handle any losses with our small margins....if there are any pastries we cannot fulfill on our end, an in-store credit will be issued as we are a small mom and pop shop and sometimes we cannot cover large refund amounts after food cost is already spent :) Thank you for understanding!
